Countrywide Lawn Doctor is widely recognized for its excellent initial and ongoing training and support. New franchisees benefit from 3 weeks’ initial training (at Head Office and on-territory) and also spend time shadowing an existing franchisee to fully understand the business. In addition, Countrywide Head Office also carries out an extensive marketing launch for new franchisees with a targeted Royal Mail leaflet drop to 150,000 potential customers.
Ongoing support includes on-territory training, health and safety, regional product and service training, annual business reviews, monthly newsletters and the centralized customer FREEPHONE answering service.
